Or someone who is very passionate about the environment, and wants to fight for their cause? Not just a regular rebel, but someone who see this as their heart-blood and cannot ignore how bad things are today

Probably the signs Aquarius and Pisces. Maybe Sagittarius. IP: Logged |

Taurus has green thumbs. Virgos tend to be conservative but are huge about being fit, staying healthy so they gravitate towards the environment. Pisces too. The ones with Aqua placements are interested in technology. The other ones love being immersed in nature (at least the ones I know). Aquas and Sags are interested in pretty much everything.

Yeah but it's not just the sun sign. What about aspect, planets in houses, etc.

Environment = Taurus (Fixed Earth) Activist = Mars, getting things done. In order for it to be necessary to the individual, connect the Moon to it. Like Moon in Taurus in the 4th square/opposite Mars maybe. I'd definitely say a strong aspect for protection like Moon/Mars and some Earthy love, maybe Venus in Taurus, a love for nature. Look at people that are environmental activists and see what patterns emerge. IP: Logged |

Ive got a Taurus moon, asc, mercury and mars(conjunct asc) and i always get sort of depressed when i hear about the way things are going with the enviroment at this point, i also get super ****** of when people leave their car on whilist not driving etc. And if i had the power to do some changes in the world the first thing i would tackle would be pollution, global warming etc. and i'm not much of an "activist" i don't really care much about starvation, animal cruelty, peoples right's etc.IP: Logged |

I would say a strong 11th house. The 11th house is ruled by Aquarius, the house of hopes and dreams. It is a somewhat impersonal house,it's all about how you want to make the world a better place. It also rules large groups, not one-on-one.You like to be part of a larger group,a larger movement,to be part of something bigger than yourself, which could include all kinds of humanitarian organizations and progressive movements, things involving the planet as a whole. I read a quote about Aquarius---'I love humanity,it's people I can't stand!' They can be somewhat detached but they are usually taking a broader perspective. People with planets in the 11th house are usually part of some group that is trying to improve conditions overall---or at least rallying for one cause or another--- For tree huggers, there's definitely got to be some Taurus in there.Julia Butterly Hill, the infamous tree hugger, has Mars in Taurus--IP: Logged |
