Dunno about conjunction but with the opposition is exactly what you said: I have my natal Moon in Virgo and Neptune in Pisces in 4th. I stopped trusting my family.

Neptune square moon... everything has become hazy lol. It's a lonnnng transit though so I'll have to figure out how to make the best of it

The square was depressing as hell. Just when I thought I couldn't cry any more... confusing, too.

I've never had the conjunction. My mother has it natally, but not exact.

Idk it depends on the orbs you use I guess... And whether it gets hit by retrogrades. I've never really understood how wide of an orb is considered "normal" for transits?

Neptune transits generally can last for years though

What Natal Moon Degree?

(If it's exact two forty eight, you should be good. It only Retrogrades to four forty eight in next year's November. Of course, the October Eclipse the month before Trines it...)

I experienced a Trine posited on my MidHeaven that has defined my existence.

What happens when transiting Neptune squares the natal moon and trines the natal venus at the same time?? (because natal moon and venus are exactly quincunx)

When neptune is strong in transit its important to anchor itself in reality and focus in the present moment. Neptune in aspect to the moon will trigg the fantasy which will deepen emotionally. You will change and the imagination can take over and affect the self-image.
There may be problems to be down to the earth when neptun is strong in transit but I think its very important to think two times before....
