So Saturn is about to transit my 7th house, making exact conjunction to Pluto, thus squaring my Sun and Mercury. I am very concerned about this transit. Can anyone provide me their experiences, or advices, or interpretations (beyond just bad news)?

EDIT: it'll sextile my mars, neptune and venus as well. Transiting pluto is also conjuncting my north node with transiting venus. Transiting venus will also conjunct my Uranus

I have this going on in my 5th house except my pluto is 19 degrees so it's not exact yet.. I think I remember someone here describing it as the "worst and best transit ever" which is kind of true so far lol. The way I view it I guess is Pluto is all about power, and you won't be able to stand anyone or anything that has too much power over you even if that means cutting ties or quitting something you've put a lot of effort into. If you're not using your own power to be in control of what you really want, you'll be forced to take responsibility for it.. But it's easier to do that once you get to the point of being too fed up with whatever the issue is to put up with it anymore. So it can also be liberating, depending on how much you resist it I guess. For me things have been kind of chaotic for a while now so it actually feels like a turning point for the better finally, but it's different for everyone I'm sure

I think the house probably influences a lot too... I'm realizing the issues I have with Pluto in the 5th to begin with, and how ridiculous they actually are lol. Again it's easier to let things go for some reason, but not without all the drama coming to the surface first

I notice you also have transiting Uranus conjunct your moon and Pluto square your moon.. What has that been like??? My progressed moon is 12 degrees Libra so I've been going through that too in a way lol

Oh my gosh! Your first paragraph just described my life in the past few months. I went through hell. Since it is in my 7th, I just had to deal with so many people and the power struggle with them is pain. What you wrote sounds like what I should be doing now - take responsibility or be controlled by others. Since it squares my sun and mercury, I felt misunderstood and issues concerning my ego arises several times.

I didn't notice Pluto square my moon and Uranus conjuncting it. But definitely feel like I want to break free and fly away. I have been feeling many intense emotions, and I am just so much moodier. The other day I turned on some piano music and took a bath, and suddenly I just started crying.

Yeah I'm sure that would be difficult with Saturn also squaring your Sun and Mercury at the same time... It squared my Venus and Jupiter a while back and that was hard enough, so I think I've just already had time to get used to the suffering lol. But don't worry it really does get better. I've gone through crazy power struggles in romance since Saturn entered my 5th, but honestly it wasn't until Saturn got within a couple degrees of my Pluto that I finally started fully "getting it". If someone's trying to control you and you let it make you feel miserable or try to fight back you're just giving them what they want. The only way to actually "win" the power struggle is just walk away.. Such a simple concept but so difficult for me to grasp apparently lol. Also since Saturn entered my 5th I went from maybe drinking too often to definitely drinking too often lol and I honestly can't explain it but lately that hasn't really been an issue either. Again it's just giving my "power" away for no real reason..

Anyway I'm sure Uranus and Pluto on your moon would be really difficult too.. But hang in there and don't be too afraid of Saturn conjunct pluto transit, it might turn out better than you think

That's it exactly for me. I could no longer stand anyone having power over me. I became very independent, and frankly, it was worth it.

I wish you the very best!

If you are married or in relationship, this transit could be more focused on experiences your significant other may be going through, therefore affecting you as well.

I'm sure you know what issues are occurring in your life right now in terms of relationship with your significant other or even business partners, etc. There may be a loss of some kind either of you. Your home is already in the process of being affected as Saturn has squared your Sun, the ruler of your 4th house.

When Saturn and Pluto meet, it can be quite imposing to your psychological or even physical system. There will be a tremendous amount of hard work for whatever the situation requires. Usually when this time comes, most people are not prepared for it, however, you understanding astrology, you can use your brain right now and figure out how you can USE THIS TRANSIT AS A TOOL!! I'm not saying that it will work, but you can ask a higher power for full guidance. If it is an impending loss that you already know about, you can begin the process of putting things in order for maximum ease and comfort of a loved one or a friend who may be departing. You can make sure that business is handled. This may be a situation of reality at it's most intense. If you let go of idealism around the event, the shock will not be as debilitating.

This transit happened for me in November of 2008. I have Pluto in Virgo in the 6th house of employment and cooperation. Saturn moved over my Pluto 3 separate times within the entire year of 2008. The 1st time, my manager's brother died. My manager being a fellow employee. I can't remember the 2nd time right now, but the 3rd time was that November & I was informed that I was laid off, or really, my position had been eliminated.

Now, I'd already put 2 and 2 together because the stock market had just crashed and I was the last person hired 4 years prior. So yes, the experience was difficult, but as I faced the "intense reality" of the situation every day, I moved through it. The one thing to remember is that the time period arrives, you move through it one day at a time and then the time is over. Some of our biggest lessons are learned during this particular time period. You emerge more powerful and stronger for the experience.

EDIT: I would just like to add that Saturn approaching Pluto is just a tiny bit easier than if Pluto was approaching Saturn, so you've got that little bit of positivity to help you out.

I wish you all the best.

Thank you! I wish you the best too.

@Geocosmic* Valentine: I'm single so I guess that's good lol. This is such a critical period for my life and career so I have been worrying. When Saturn passes by my 6th, trining sun, mercury, saturn and mc, things went really well. Now I just can't stand people, period. I just moved to a new town as well so life has been suffocating. But now I'll take precautions!
