I need passion and intensity, Scorpio is my 2nd house ruler, along with Pluto in the 2nd. Where are all the Scorpio men?  I want to be swept off my feet and chased! (mars in cancer) i want to feel those primal passions and energy and feel those stomach churning butterflies every time you see a man. But they always say "be careful what you wish for" I could end up with a psychopath haha. Experiences with Scorpio men? IP: Logged |

My experience of Scorpios is not what you describe. They don't chase all that hard and they don't sweep you off your feet. I think you want a Scorpio Mars (or what are the aspects/placements that chase and sweep us off our feet?). But not a plain and simple Scorpio sun. IP: Logged |

I think I recall reading somewhere recently that Scorpios can often bond closely with both Pisces and Cancer in the right circumstances. One thing is that Scorpios are generally as sensitive and easily hurt as Cancer though they're less likely to show it, but when evolved they're just as loyal to friends, family, and lovers as Cancer. (And I've known Cancers at their worst who were even more vengeful than the stereotypical Scorpio. I believe someone here at LL has shared that Cancers is the sign most likely to wind up in prison for killing a lover they felt jilted or betrayed by...'course maybe they're just the most likely to get caught  )I personally find Scorpio placements a bit smothering as lovers, and if I want passion, energy, and being chased then I'll go with a fire sign. But then I'm fire and air, perhaps if I had Cancer placements I'd need the potentially obsessed (I believe you'd say "devoted" instead of "obsessed") love & loyalty of a good Scorpio. But all signs have their positive and negative manifestations. In my experience some of the best people I admire were Scorpios (and/or Scorpio stellium) but so, too, were the worst. I agree they don't really chase..the one i know has sun & venus in scorpio,moon in cancer but mars in sagittarius and he's not the type to try too much!IP: Logged |

Like others have said. Scorpios aren't really the ones to chase. They're actually often pretty behind the scenes and/or submissive. Usually attracted to strong, independent or bossy women.Passion = Fire. Pick a Fire sign, especially Aries and Leo. IP: Logged |

Yeah, I always thought scorpios are the ones hunting their "prey" but it could be a stereotype. I guess if other aspects in a chart suggests that they don't like chasing. But some say "when a scorpio is interested you WILL know" IP: Logged |

The scorpios i dated always had venus in libra which conjunts my libra mars so that might explain the agression lol plus my mars was in one of thems 8 house too.

It's wrong but it feels so right! haha!  I'm a Scorp Sun and Venus but I don't tend to chase. I'm also careful who I fall for (or try to be) because I am intense once a love relationship starts. My Taurus moon may temper the Scorpionic tendencies a little though.

My daughters father also scorpio sun and taurus moon. I got a taurus moon too

I meet a lot of Scorpio men. I think it's because I have a Pluto singleton? I find they're generally have this 'heaviness' to their energy. They're generally have quite a presence about them.Too intense at times for me though. I need somebody more laidback. ^ OMG Lady Gaga is an Aries?? O_O didn't know that. No wonder she's so out there. UGGGH scorp sun guys are all about the mind and sex games... It pretty much stops there.So go ahead unless your easily bored..
However If you want an extreme psychopath go hang with some Saggy boys. They will show you things you will change your life.... 0_0....
Scorpio suns I can deal with no problem but sags, you don't stand a chance..

No. Not at all. My DSC Is in Capricorn. I dated a capricorn man once many yesrs ago. boring. The relationships i've had were usually intense. I usually attract scorpios.
I do attract female cappies as friends though. Old and young.

I'm not going to stereotype signs but it's interesting that the most psycho person that I've known was a Sag woman. This guy at work is... well paranoid to say the least. Anyway, I don't want to get into a psycho definition discussion with people. She was psycho in my eyes! LOL I dated one Scorpio woman and although I didn't believe her to be playing games, sex was put on the front burner and that don't work with me. Otherwise, yeah, actually a little boring.
