I was looking at the composite chart for my partner and I. I noticed we have north node and vertex conjunct in the fifth house in this chart.

I've read before that a north node in a composite fifth house could indicate children together but what would the vertex in the same house and conjunct it bring to the table?

Not necessarily children, although that's a possibility.

5H is about self-expression, creativity and fun. Romance and / or children sometimes as well.

Actually when Vertex and/or NN are in this house, the couple is meant to HAVE children.
