The rising sign is more about how the person presents themselves. The image they project, especially to unfamiliar people. A Cap Rising person will project an image of competence and practicality."What kind of woman?" Look at the man's Moon and Venus signs. That will probably give you a better idea than the man's rising sign.

My guess is that he needs a good friend vibe from you and a mental connection if he has aqua moon. He may not be the most gushy romantic guy around. Just on the surface, from the sun/moon/venus, I'd say he'd like a lady who was down to earth, independent, self sufficient, low maintenance, and soft and pretty  You probably have some of that going for you with the scorp/gemini placements. First and foremost, he will be attracted to your mind. Next, the sensual response you elicit in him (how you feel, smell, sound...) I find him very initiating and somewhat impatient at times why could that be?

Venus opposed venus means you have very different styles that are, well, opposite and you may find a lot of clashes about how you want things to be. However, mars opposed venus makes for a lot of sexual attraction and explosion. The venus opposition might have you two rubbing each other the wrong way in your styles of going about the pursuit of pleasure and love(not sex). I have a cap rising, although I am a female. I see both
I'm kind of intimidated by his mask (cold, serious)
But i know he's sweet b/c of the things he says and i love his smile I also have my mars in his 1st house close to his asc
And he has his taurus stellium in my 7th house..
His lilith is also conjunct my venus and his asc ruler saturn conjuncts my sun together with his jupiter
My sun trines his moon in aqua

If you can manage the difficult task to be a mixture of feminine and nurturing Cancer (his descendant and his venus) and different/foreigner/offbeat (his Aqua moon), you might be his ideal woman. If that's who you are, go for it. If that's not who you are, think hard before pretending to be what you're not to get a man, because you will have to keep up the charade for the duration of the relationship. Yes i am foreigner to him (we live and are from different countries) and kind of different/artistic, i am feminine i don't know about nurturing, just being sweet??

I think he's a capricorn asc
Makes my sun fall in his 8th or 7th
