have you ever experienced this with certain acquaintances? Whenever you set eyes on them or they brush pass you, you are all weak in the knees with tons of butterflies? Weather you see them after 2 weeks or 2 months?
What aspects would be responsible for this? And do you believe they may feel the same about you?

well my best friend is a sag rising with Pluto conjunct the asc and in the first house but I can't say that she makes a strong present even though she's pretty and happy all the time
I have met other Leo risings that do stand out and you notice them same with Scorpio risings.
my brother is a Scorpio rising and he makes quite a presence mostly because he executes a mysterious vibe
but I guess it all depends
