I have a sun singleton in 11th house Taurus and an unaspected Gemini moon in the 12th. I've read singletons and unaspected planets give an enhanced energy to the chart (person.). Would the energies be similar or how would they be different? IP: Logged |

Either way they become a driving force in the person's life. I always think of it like there's a hyper-focus on them and they're on steroids compared to the rest of the chart.IP: Logged |

The Singletons are strong, but the unaspected planets are different. When a planet is unaspected you cannot channel, integrate its energy into other aspects (houses, personal planets) of your life. It's kind of isolated. It's only strong about the matters of the house it's in, but then it's not balanced. For example if someone has a Moon unaspected in their 7th house, that person would act ONLY with their moon about 7th house matters so he or she can be overly emotional in relationships and may not be able to act rationally etc etc...IP: Logged |

What it's the diffrence between singleton and unaspected, i thought it was the same thing. I have venus in gemini 17'17 unaspected in 8 house, it only makes a far trine to my moon in aquarius 4'03 degrees, a exact semi-sextile to my sun in cancer 17'17 and makes aspect with my ascendant scorpio 13'59 i can't remember which aspect is between gemini and scorpio. Would this minor aspects count?? Is still unaspected?? Can you tell me the difference between unaspected and singleton IP: Logged |

You only count the major aspects when determining if a planet is un-aspected or not...you would not count the semi-sextile. However, the 4 degree trine to your moon is considered an aspect. Because it's a luminary, 4 degrees would not be considered too wide. I would say your venus is aspected. The relationship between the venus and ASC is most likely a quincux so I wouldn't count that either. An un-aspected planet has no major aspects to the other planets that are within orb. A singleton is a planet that is by itself in regards to element or modality. Ex. My taurus sun is an earth singleton- it's the only earth planet I have in my chart. IP: Logged |

Tgem, thank you very much, now i understand it. But maybe i didn't explained it well. My moon aquarius is 4'03 degree of aquarius (first decanate),venus in gemini is 17'17 degree of gemini(second decanate), so they aren't making a trine, just by element, very far from each other. In that case, my venus is unaspected, no major aspects. But then, reading what you said now i know my mars in aries is a singleton, because is the only planet in fire i have....but it is aspected, and not very well, so now that scares me a bit, hehe. What means a singleton with aspectsIP: Logged |

Mars in Aries Pluto in Scorpio..Pluto is an outer planet so not really Mars yeah I think so. I don't have any unaspected planets. My dad has an unaspected singleton Jupiter LOL. and it's in fall in Virgo. He's very grand and luxurious but then again has Leo stellium. I know a lot of people with singleton jupiter.. My S.O my two good friends..my 7th house is sag Jupiter aspects my stellium. Oh and my Mars singleton conjuncts my s.o's Venus singleton so it's really fiery and passionate and pretty always been like that. IP: Logged |
