Is that a dumb question? Is it Mars? What signs and placements are angriest? How do the signs usually deal with anger most?

I'm an aquarius, and I had a major freakout this evening that involved me punching the wall repetitively, and kicking, and screaming into my hands and blanket. But I usually hold most of my anger in and repress it and try to think of something else.

How do you deal with anger, and what's your sign, moon, and rising?

Cancer Sun, Capricorn Mars, Scorpio Rising.

Mars is in 3rd house. When I am angry I swear a lot and I'm very rude.
Mars in 1st, 4th or 7th house tends to be the angriest. The most dangerous place for Mars to be is the 4th house. The person soul is angered and gets violent or experience violence (Mars is threatening the 4th house with its energy) in the home enviroment.
People who repress anger have Mars in 12th house or its ruler is there.
I must say that thre are no peaceful people. Even the most calm person can have Mars energy activated if its clashing with other planetary energies.
In my opinion its GOOD to release anger. I rarely do that and I ended up depressed. Scream, yell, kick, do whatever you feel te need to do to release it.

Oh Jesus. I'm laughing out loud right now because I have Mars in the 4th house opposite Pluto and part of a t-square with the Sun. No one makes me angrier than my family -- go figure.

Hello, I'm a guy with mars in the 1st house square saturn in the 11th house, saturn sextile my moon. It feels pretty awkward for me to express anger. When I'm angry, I curse, scream, throw things, and hit people but all of that feels so wrong to me. Getting bullied physically or by way of some form of manipulation, having someone talk down to me or underestimate me gets me angry the most. Ugh...

Cancer sun 4th house
scorpio moon 8th house
pisces rising trine saturn
mars in aries 1st house square saturn and jupiter

Mars in Pisces. I yell if I'm really angry, otherwise I cry, and/or vent. It squares my Moon/Venus/Nodes, trines Uranus/ascendant. I think it's biquintile Pluto (I have no idea what that means, it's just one of those minor aspects that I remember). It rules my Sun, and co-rules my ascendant.

I cry a lot, though. I'll feel all stiff and annoyed, and be kind of prickly or distracted, until I give in and cry.

Aries, Gemini, Scorpio. Mars in the 4th.

Moon square mars which, sadly, I have. At least IMO, that is it for me.

Moon = Aries in the 3rd.
Mars = Capricorn in the 1st.

Moon trine Venus Sag in the 11th house softens that IMO.

I also have Mars in the third house (Leo), and when I go off- I go OFF. I also have a multiple planet Square to Mars with my Jupiter, Sun and NN in Scorpio.

i have moon square mars too, same moon/mars combo except my moon is tightly conjunct my descendant and my mars is loosely conjunct my ic

they're part of a t-square with my venus, and my moon is part of a kite with venus/mercury/uranus

it takes a lot to get me mad typically and i'm over quickly

i dont typically lose my temper and most things wont get me angry, but i can be a dick though when i'm ******

typically you have to be close to me to get me actually mad, there has to be some level of caring though sometimes other people can **** me off if they're relentless

i definitely don't have the worst temper out of anyone i know though, and most peoppe who know me tell me i'm the most laid back person they know

i've been yelled at by exs for being too calm during arguments (they found it condescending or whatever) old roommate freaked out about that too, most people i've known i havent even fought with

as for the ones i have generally very close, very very close and usually i tend towards sadness over anger

also i generally tend towards dealing with anger and frustration by doing something like having a cigarette or a drink or whatever insert available drug option here sometimes a walk, a distraction

libra rising/venus conjunct, virgo sun, aries moon

since mars is mentioned that's in cap and may as well add in leo mercury since all the other personal placements are listed

i really struggle with the emotional crutch cigarette thing, been stressed lately and started again

my ex used to get ****** because i'd tell her i needed to go outside and smoke in the middle of fights to clear my head

the time doing it though is about gathering thoughts and being able to present them all clearly

I remember my mum kind of cheering when I finally stood up for myself with someone, back in 2008. I used to just remove myself from the situation, which was the smarter thing to do.

There was a night when my sister was giving me the extreme coldness, as I tried to do something in the kitchen, around her (it was to do with her husband - he'd just caused trouble again). I understood, and was used to taking the blame for him, so I stayed calm, just did what I had to do. I can't remember what finally made me raise my voice a bit, but once I did, she backed off, like she was satisfied. She apologized later on (a rare thing for her - she hates apologizing).

people will mistake me for being a total pushover but it's a mistake

if i'm being quiet during something it's because i don't care and if i'm not raising my voice it's because i'm making sure i say exactly what i think and it isn't necessarily going to be pretty

i have a knack for thinking of the most ****** up thing to say possible and typically also saying it

had an argument with a woman at work and for the briefest of seconds i thought "i guess your son killed himself at 16 because he couldn't get away from you soon enough" and i refrained and instead said "you need to chill" but see if we weren't in a work situation i wouldve just said the first thing because i'm an ******* like that

edit: btw i don't try to find the worst thing to possibly say it just happens
