What aspects in Synastry or Composite indicate, that a person brings luck to their partner? Career, financial, and overall pleasant things.
Is it MC, POF, Vertex?

I've experienced all three. My points (POF, Vertex, MC) conjunct there Sun, no more than 2d. 1st Guy (Close Friend)
Sun/P.O.F. - He was the closest guy friend I ever had. I'm not the adventerous type, but somehow he'd always manage to get me out of the house, and take me places. Although I haven't even had my first job at the time, he'd always insist on paying for everything. I can't say it didn't make me feel bad but I'm more greatful for all the fun experiences he's given me. Sadly, he moved. 2nd Guy (Platonic Friend)
Sun/MC - This was a unrequited relationship, granted we were never a couple...but everyone else seemed to think we were lol. As much as I wasn't attracted to him in that way ppl always kept pushing me to give him a chance because we seemed so "right" for each other. The whole situation just made me feel uncomfortable. But it certainly puts you in the spotlight, that's for sure. 3rd Guy (Crush)
Sun/Vertex - Believe it or not this guy is a semi-celebrity I had a crush on for a while. My parents worked with ppl that talked to him. One day I heard he'd be in town, and me being the crazy fangirl i was, I asked my folks if there was anyway they're co-workers can help me to meet him. Of course I knew it would be a long-shot, but it doesn't hurt to ask right? & too my surprise, they told me he would love to meet me, and we did! Gotta love Vertex! So to answer your question they all do, in different ways.
POF - Money
MC - Fame/Career
Vertex - Fate/Destiny, or in my case, making dreams come true  IP: Logged |

idk about synastry..
POF conjunct Venus/ASC exact.
Idk I attract people who are quite privileged. I don't even look for them sometimes I have no idea until they take me out or something.. I guess my mom is right....I have expensive taste, because when I was little I would pick the most expensive item at the store.  Idk synastry wise Vertex conjunct My Venus and POF. IP: Logged |

Me 23's Jupiter is on my SN/anti-vx in Tau/2nd. Finances have significantly improved. Also marriage chart has nearly everything in earth, Sun in Taurus, which would fall in my 2nd.IP: Logged |
