I've heard Pallas(2) is a big indicator... especially with the Divine Principles

Ares-Aphrodite
Kronos
But I think Apollonas and Artemis might be the most important.

I’m a pre op mtf
Sun Aquarius 2nd house
Moon Scorpio 11th house
Mercury Pisces 3rd house
Venus Aquarius 2nd house
Mars Aquarius 2nd house
Ascendant Sagittarius
In my case it is so weird because everyone including myself thinks I’m born in the wrong body, because nobody knows based on my face, body and voice that I’m actually born a male. Not to sound full of myself, but many people don’t believe that I’m born a male and most said I’m even more attractive than most women. When I was younger (11-13 years old) still dressed as a boy with glasses and short hair, people still thought I was a girl. Every single time I went to the men’s bathroom atleast one person would correct me that the ladies room is at the other side, so that was when I started going to the ladies room and dressing more feminine at 13 years old. Nowadays, I often forget that I was even born a boy because I don’t feel like one. I’m 19 years old now and still my voice hasn’t cracked yet and I pray everyday that it never will. I’ve been undergoing hormones for a year and doing the surgery next year.

I'm also transgender and your friend and I have a couple things in common. Both Capricorn Asc, mines 7 degrees. Debilitated Venus, mines Scorpio 10 H - squaring my Aquarius Moon in the 1st. Both 8 house Suns. I also have Mars square Neptune (as well as Uranus). And lastly, they also have Venus, Jupiter, and Pluto all in the same sign. I do too, but thats an alignment that happens for several weeks every ~12 years.

I actually noticed mars-Neptune/Uranus often found in these charts too but I don't really feel comfortable generalizing because plenty of people have these aspects and are not trans androgynous or genderqueer etc. So I might say that the potential is there with these aspects?
Maybe safe to say something peculiar about their sexuality, they do not follow the norm?
I have Mars square neptune exact and Uranus by 1 degree.
I'm not trans but I my anatomy is very feminine. Pinched waist and body fat is primarily stored in hips and ass.

You might want to check BML too?

I understand your point, astrology is all about generalizations though. Whenever we talk about aspects or positions it's in a very general way. Not everyone with Sun conj. Jupiter is fun and cheery and not everyone with Mars in Aries is brave and confident. It's all about potential imo. If astology is the science we believe it to be we should be able to find recurrent themes. Mars has a definite link to the physical body and paired with Neptunian energy I think explains a general dysphoria about ones body. Also my BML makes no important major aspects other than a wide trine to the Sun and sextile to Mars.
