Just anecdotally I have this with someone (I'm the Asc person) and there's a mutual sexual attraction; though in our case there are a number of other influences involved.

The way the ASC person presents themselves, their appearance, body and mannerisms, evoke an 8th house response in the other person - could be fascination, attraction, intimidation, or something more negative like fear or repulsion.
There could be a bit of a compulsive quality to the attraction - the 8th house person could become pretty infatuated with the ASC person and could be insecure / jealous / possessive of them.
The 8th house person is influenced by the ASC person who may not be aware of the effect they have on the 8H person.

To answer your question Lisa "like what?": My South Node is also in her eighth, and the ruler of her eighth is Mars, conjunct my Mars, and in the composite chart Pluto in the eighth is in a grand trine with the Asc and Mars.

so what would this mean:
my pluto, asc, mercury, south node in his 8th, his pluto conjunct my south node, his 8th house cusp in libra, my asc and pluto in scorpio, my pluto and asc opposing his mars
my venus on cusp of his 8/9th house
