My natal Venus is in Aries and doesn't really do much itself other than trine Jupiter and pluto (although pluto is technically out of sign), quintile Neptune, semi-square Mercury and semi-sextile Sun. But, my sun, moon and mercury are all in Taurus which is ruled by Venus. Also my birthday decan is ruled by Venus too. As an astrologer would this be seen as a prominent Venus and if so, what would this mean? It doesn't have much to do with my ascendant other than quintile it's co-ruler (asc in cancer, but in the neptune ruled decan). Thank you in advance! IP: Logged |

Yes you have a very prominent venus because your ascendant ruler Cancer is the Moon which is in Taurus, and Taurus is again ruled by venus, and so is your Taurus sun…so it is maybe not as strong aspected or placed, but your still very venusian But also very much dominated by the moon IP: Logged |

Domiciled or exalted Venus by sign and/or house Rising or angular Venus Strongly aspected Venus (receiving many aspects) You can be Venusian if you have stellium in H2/7, or Asc aspected by Venus, or Asc's ruler. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the replies! I forgot to mention actually that Venus is also in the 10th house/MC, so it is angular, I think? IP: Logged |

Next to Neptune, how would you interpret then, this Venus? Quite emotional in romance? I sort of know what Venus represents, like, social skills, love, money and things like that, but I have trouble really interpreting it for myself If someone has a prominent Venus, what would this mean for them, basically?IP: Logged | |
