Was 2013 supposed to be a complicated year for Scorpios ?

Because seriously, my emotions were everywhere, I broke up (over and over) with my Cancer ex who kept on coming back, I fell in love with a Virgo who went back to his country but still calling and saying he will come back and we should get married, and then 2months ago I started dating a Capricorn and it was so passionate in the beginning but right now I feel like I have no sex drive left ! I feel so emotionally exhausted I think I'm going to be a nun.

I have no clarity in my head, I have no idea who I love, or who I should love.

My cancer ex and the Virgo both called today saying they miss me and want to see me. I should be feeling lucky that they do but I just want to run away.

You have Moon conjunct transit Uranus EXACT and opposite your Venus by 1 degree (the aspect is tight and strong). That's why you are so confused.
Over your 7th house you should have a Venus transit that would square your natal Mars. You shouldnt date in this condition. before thinking on dating someone take some time and clarify your feelings.

I wasn't aware that venus was in retro. I have been questioning love and sex too much lately. These days I have unrealistic expectations from it all. Like I need an otherworldly connection and meaning to enjoy sex.

I probably need a break for a couple of weeks. When does this retro end by the way ?
