I haven't had that one, but know someone who had it not long ago and will have it again (Uranus turninf retro and all).

Moon is in the 12th, part of a T-square with Venus, Neptune and Uranus (so, pretty big configuration).

That person moved quite a lot, and had a pretty unstable love life for a while.

This transit seems to indicate change / restlessness in some area. Usually stuff related to the Moon - mother, home, family, close relationships.
