Is this the most important contact in synastry ?

This person is a Virgo rising Venus in Leo in the 12th House so would this be more important

What do you guys think ?

IMO, this is something that helps, specially if conjunct DC, but I don't think that it is the most important. It really depends on the aspects two people share, as well as the analysis of each chart to see what is more meaningful to them in order to determine what can be more relevant.

I have this aspect. I have my Sun over someone 7th house not conjunct to the DSC. Usually means that the house person see the planet person as ideal. As THE ONE. In my case its not true. I am the who sees him as THE ONE but he is with someone else ( who btw is cheating on him)

The Sun 7° away from the dc wouldnt be a conjunction so its just in the 7th house
