Will planets that have compatible elements still get along and interact the same way even if the orb is too wide for them to form an aspect? For example, my sun in Sagittarius and another persons sun in Aquarius with a 9 degree sextile, which obviously is too wide to form an aspect. But will the two planets still be compatible?IP: Logged |

You would get along yes but considering it's a sextile and that wide, it won't be very strong.IP: Logged |

I'd say there's still basic compatibility between you. But perhaps the "spark" of the aspect is missing... You'd still get along, though!IP: Logged |

The nice thing about using really big orbs is that you can explain anything that way. Of course it will not be very specific, but who cares, really?IP: Logged |

There will be an underlying compatibility, but it will be really subtle. IP: Logged |

They are still compatible, but the compatibility is not the same as exact orbs. The tighter the aspect is the stronger it is, and vice versa. IP: Logged |

What is the usual cut off point for too wide of an orb? For instance, I have a great aspect with someone but its 6 something.IP: Logged |
