Mutable signs on the ASC - especially Pisces and Gemini. Virgo would be more discriminating and Sag more set in his beliefs, probably.

A prominent Neptune, especially connected to the Moon, Sun and ASC.

Actually everyone can change their opinions about something during certain circumstances, so don't lie about your, SUPER POWER WILL NEVER GONNA GIVE UP thing. Since everyone has Pisces and Neptune and they are connected to natal chart somehow, probably matters more how they are conneted.

I can be easy to influence, but it depends on the thing. If you are familiar with MBTI Personality Types, I'm INFJ, which means that I tend to collect what other people thinks and feels towards something (their values) before forming my own opinion (unless it's something that it's already strongly formed).

I have Virgo AC, and Sun in Aries square Neptune. My Taurus Mars in the 9th house oppose Scorpio Pluto in the 3rd and square Aqua Jup, plus Scorpio Saturn in the 3rd conjunct IC can show some stubborness thought, so I'm not too easy to influence at a deeper level.
Aries Mercury/Venus/Moon is trine Sag Uranus thought, so if the influencing person is being polite, considering and humorous/positive, I can be very easily influenced or at least be agreedable lol.
