Um... both? haha.I guess Neptune aspects would be important, natally and in synastry especially. The Neptune person in synastry could be quite... well, delusional about the other person, seeing them in a way that may not be true (could be positive or negative). The other person can be prone to delusions as well but IME it's usually the Neptune person who ends up completely "WTF" after the fog dissipates. There are some other things to take in to account as well, like transits. If one person has a hard Neptune transit then you can bet they're gonna be delusional about the whole thing. IP: Logged |
