I had that one in 2012/2013.
Ummmm. Well, I'm still here today, so I guess it wasn't that bad. 
Not the easiest of years, for sure. Had some unpleasant experiences emotionally / physically speaking, when it comes to relationships and all that - Pluto was in a T-square with Venus (2H) and Uranus (7H).
I wouldn't be too worried though, by expecting bad things to happen, you're basically inviting trouble in your life.
So, stay positive. Btw Pluto in 4H could point to one or both parents going through a hard time this year. IP: Logged |

I had Pluto in 4th in 2011.
Conjunct NN and Mars and Mercury.IC: 00 Cap
Mercury: 00 Cap
NN: 02 Cap
Pluto: 04 Cap
Mars: 07 Cap
(conj. natal Venus on 6 Cap)
Square Vertex on 00 Aries, exactly on the DESC of 00 Aries.
2011. 
What an amazing year that was!
Went to London saw Jude Law on stage in an amazingly powerful performance in "Anna Christie", then travelled on to a small village in Germany to see "Jesus Christ Superstar" (again).
Became the "target" of my  performer in his show, who completely took me by surprise by kneeling down bside me during his show, teasing me and tormenting me. 
It was actually cute, but threw me completely off balance, and me reacting like a complete bore (or almost not reacting at al) - well I think, even though it still took a year, this encounter became the catalyst for me to deciding to actually do things differently, which led to me losing weight quite earnestly (though as I said it took another year to get going with that).
But amazingly now a year after I started I am nearing a loss of 40 kilos (just one more to go), and I think I have never been that content before.
I think I always used it as an excuse and explanation to stay invisible. And then on that shocking night in september I had to realize that not even that was working too well. He saw me nevertheless. But oh yes, of course I cried a lot in that year, had my cathartic emotional breakdowns in the summer, I think at least twice (it was timed by tr Pluto and Tr Venus and Tr Moon and Tr URanus mimicking my natal Venus-Pluto and also aspecting my pr Moon and pr ASC.
But to be honest it was one of the greatest years in my life.

Yes, there was quite a lot of stuff going on. I was surprised, as I rarely look at my solar return.Actuallyl I remember that Robert Blashke suggested to also have a look at the progressed Solar Return (your progressed Sun has a Solar Return as well). Never did that really though. lol
Even though I notice how valid the transits to progressed planets are.
