She was like having spasms in one performance... It was more unsettling than dark.
Uhm Thats because david bowie is from a different era... He's quite eccentric too of course he is going to like her witch pop sound.

I'm from the Scorpio pluto generation...I admire Lorde's voice and how she's able to come across so powerful while still keeping everything simple, and agree she does have a 'dark' kind of energy while performing...but I think its disappointing how she feels the need to badmouth other singers (i.e. lana del rey; whose energy I feel seems equally dark - in a more haunting way). Seems a little arrogant...she's pretty new to the industry and still only 17 though, so maybe its just her age. I think her look is very Scorpio.IP: Logged |

I like her too! Team actually brought me to her. I like Royals and White Teeth Teens too. Can't believe she's only 17! 0.0 She's sooo gorgeous. There's this uniqueness about her that I couldn't quite put my finger on. That's probably her chart ruler Uranus in her 12th. She has some odd placements in her chart-- Saturn Rx in Aries caught my attention especially. I wonder how that would feel. Mars is exalted in Capricorn, after all. Scorpio sun in the 10th conjunct mercury, hmm. No wonder I like her! The placement of her chart ruler is a symbolism of my 7th house-- Sagittarius DC with Capricorn uranus and neptune conjunct in it. It's so fu#@*&g sad!! Pluto in Scorpio doesn't like bulls***, something that isn't from heart. And when it isnt, well it is what is-bad, shallow. Im from capricorn Uranus/Neptune...Hmm they say Capricorns are late bloomers so maybe in next 5-10 years we will see something interesting...

What I do like about our media generation though it is shallow and superficial.
Are the old taboos are breaking down.For pluto in scorpio provocative or in touch with your sexuality is an asset not something to be ashamed of...
What really bothers me are the lyrics not really the image per say.. I have pluto singleton and I feel as if I express a lot of what our generation is about.. I don't feel like I was born the wrong era... I don't I would be able to myself in any other time period, you know? IP: Logged |

I watched Lorde performance after all this talking about her dance moves... and i like it! The are cool or maybe it's because her Mars conjunct my Mars/Venus by 2 degrees. This is how white chicks with Mars in 1st decan Virgo are moving:P
