Topic: Who would you use as your lifeline?

I was thinking about how easy it is to bash Sun and Moon signs, but what about each sign's greatest, most positive traits? Take a look at your family members or friends and decide if your life depended on it, which sign would you go to first for help and why? Here are some examples... Living on a budget – If I needed to learn how to live on a budget I would call on Cancer Sun – my grandmother had this placement and she was an expert penny pincher but she always bought the best quality that she could afford and at market she would always buy the most for her money. She knew so well how to stretch a dollar. (She was a fantastic cook, by the way, and kept her family well nourished during the depression.) Asking for a reference or referral – If I needed a reference or referral for a job or political position, I would choose a Capricorn Sun. My dad had this placement and he helped so many friends and relatives get into medical school, for instance, or join the country club, campaign for school fundraising, etc. Reputation is important and when Capricorn recommends you can bet they are recommending someone worthy, or their entire reputation would be at stake. He knew a LOT of people. Running a business – If I owned a large corporation and needed a top executive, or if I needed legal advice, I would hire Capricorn Moon. This is the placement my brother has and he always gets the job done thoroughly and to completion. He makes more money from understanding the laws and how to slip through the loop holes and work the establishment to his benefit, than actually physically doing what he was schooled to do. Starting a project – There is no question I would consult with Aries Sun first. Another brother has this placement. He knows exactly how to start me in the right direction. I can trust that he probably already researched what I want to do, and will have already come up with the best way to do it, having compiled all the information and instructions and resources available. If I act desperate I can even get him to come over and do it for me  (Last one for now)
Travel partner – No doubt I would call on Sagittarius Sun sign. Always ready and willing to go on an adventure. I have a family member with this placement, and this is the only person that while driving to a particular destination, we would always end up making an excursion off course, to follow a yard sale sign, or an advertisement for some store we always wanted to shop at, or to check out a landmark or historical site, or just to take photos of some weird landscape or scene. We would end up in another state altogether just exploring along the way, sometimes missing our destination because something better came along. Also, if my life depended on it I would call on Sag Sun to keep me from feeling bored (but that would be rare for me, since I have several Sag planets in my own chart, ha!).

On a budget....my mom who is a Gemini. Referral would be my best friend who is an aqua. She always goes on about me to her friends and family. She will always hook me up. Starting a project with a Taurus. Uh traveling with a Pisces sun sag risingIP: Logged |

thinking about the people i know/have known...answer for all of the above would have to be Taurus i'm thinking of two in particular that would be a great lifeline in any given situation. IP: Logged |

For friendship: a libra sun/sag moon and a Taurus sun/libra moon - my most treasured friends. They're great, very loyal and just... great..For advices in general: a libra sun/virgo moon and a cap sun/sag moon. For references: virgo suns n aqua suns. And aqua suns make great bosses/superiors in my experiences.

My taurus mom! In an aquarius so you can imagine the tension when we are together for too long. She fusses and I break away. Poor woman. She was married to my leo dad. I love my mom for putting up with two people so wild at heart. Though we both always come crawling back to her haha.IP: Logged |

Aqua Sun wants to re-create the world. It's true they spot trends and make great leaders when they are in an environment that gives them lots of freedom to express originality, like being an administrator in a Charter School vs. traditional educational institution. IP: Logged |
