My Venus is in Pisces in the sixth house so I am a huge martyr when it comes to relationships. Why?

I tend to be attracted to narcissists and men that are a lot more dominant than me. I would never be with someone who is an absolute jerk tho.

Maybe. But I came over to see what a Service Axis was.
Perhaps you can explain?

She's talking about the 12th house and 6th house relationship as there are six axis in the zodiac and 12 signs which means that there are really only six continuums, or relationships between each polar sign.

Every day... every single day I learn how much I need to learn.

Just when I think I'm getting close.... Sigh.

Off to read more.

I'm reading about this and it sounds like it could be tough with Pisces venus in the opposite house.

Hopefully someone has more insight into this for you.

What are the aspects to Venus?

Piscean people are masochists - they get off on hurting. If they aren't hurting they're bored, and they go elsewhere.

My sixth house Venus in Pisces trines both my second house moon in Scorpio and tenth house mars in cancer RX.

Which sextile Neptune and Uranus both in Capricorn, 4th house.

Ok, I read the following and i think this applies to you if you find you are giving your all and getting nothing back in relationships: You need to work on loving yourself more!

quote:

Vircses: "Axis of Enlightened Service" (Virgo and Pisces, 6 and 12)

About: The overcoming of guilt, sadness, fear, and self-criticism through the awakening of compassion for oneself and others, leading to effortless selfless service.

Strengths: Humility, growth through crisis, discontent which generates action/surrender, and an orientation towards service and wholeness.

Weaknesses: Neglecting compassion for oneself and not allowing the recognition of one's inherent self-worth. Over-giving or overworking which perpetuates that illusion that there is something wrong with others and oneself (that something needs to be fixed), or preventing one from relaxing and allowing oneself to truly receive love. Being overly consumed with one's problems, sorrow, or growth, perpetuating a cycle of self-absorption.

Paradoxical Solution: One can do nothing truly deep and transformative for others, until one has followed the disciplined path of achieving the deepest transformation within oneself. Self-love opens up the floodgates of compassion. Only then can one's service for others be absolutely graceful, meaningful, and effective.

(And I need to learn to grow up and be responsible! Sag/Gem. It's so true that I was in fact just saying the exact same thing to a friend today! Scary! )
