Check your official birth certificate
The ascendant can only be known once birth time is know & then you can plug the time/date/location of your birth into a calculator
I like the cafe astrology one as a good starting point or if you're more advanced astro.comIP: Logged |

you can try read description of each rising
but the best way I think is birth information
Rising is important but if there is no way to find out, just work with what you have

If you request a duplicate birth certificate from the state where you were born, make sure you specify that the exact time of birth is printed on the certificate. Most states will not print this and you must request this as the reason for the duplicate. If you are in USA military service, or a Veteran, you can get free birth certificates for you, your spouse, and all minor children (18 or younger). Cost around $10; it may be more since I last checked. The best way to make request is to go directly to state representative's office closest to you and he/she will pick up the certificate for you - takes about a week. Your hospital certificate is a great source because it always posts the time, but sometimes the handwriting is hard to read, and daylight savings time or war time may not be specified. Intuitively, for you specifically, I would say start with 2:34pm and see if the placements make sense. If you are nor sure, then send a picture to IQ and request a basic report. I'm sure if you send images and describe yourself he would be able to confirm an ascendant. He has done this for me several times. IP: Logged |
