I have Mars in 10th house conjunct 10th house cusp by 3 degrees.
I can relate to everything you said lol, except I don't feel the philosophial/spiritual side of things.

I feel the same way with Bosses and Co-workers. I do challenge them often and refuse to do things they ask me to do, from time to time; OR i will twist what they tell me to do, and do it my own way.

Mars that close to the 10th house, isn't usually favorable for team player traits, because it's your drive and you alone. Starting your own business on something that interests you, is without a doubt the best thing you could do. Because everything is up to do, you have no-one controlling you and you can do everything your way.
It's the same with me and Sports, I do like team sports, but I feel more comfortable doing a sport which is fully up to me; and if I fail, it's my fault and my responsibility for not coming 1st.

Yes! I cannot stand bosses or co-workers, in the past I've always pointed out faults in their work and spoken honestly (mercury in sag) however I've always ended up rubbing them the wrong way, because let's face it, people are not honest, especially when it comes to business and I can see right through them, so it ends up ******* me off how people are so deceptive at work. All I want is to control things, to make things better and improve business, instead of being petty and slow, gossip ect.

If Mars squares your ASC, that could be a reason why you rub people up the wrong way.

Oppositions to Neptune and Uranus (especially Uranus) could be outlets for starting your business. Some revolutionary or original and new?

I make art within my own time, I have been like that since being young. Pisces is my 5th house ruler, so that helps too. Any type of art I love. Music is also a big passion, can not get enough of it

Well if you're stuck in a fog, wait for the fog to go; or use defog!

It's probably best that you don't make hasty decisions at the moment, like you see. You could just carry on producing artistic things for a hobby and then decide once Neptune stops squaring your Mercury.
