High sex-drive i natal chart:
Mars in aspect with moon, jupiter, sun, venus, pluto and neptune. ("Healthy" sex-drive with the trines and sextiles, the conjunction, squares and opposition can make it even higher and more aggressive)
5th, 8th, 1st house placement, especially those planets already mentioned. The 5th house because it's also the house of romance, 8th house is the sex-house and 1st house is also a fire house. I don't know about 9th house placements, but I could imagine.
These houses could be compared to their signs, so in that way I think that fire signs and placements in general makes a higher sex.drive. Next comes water.
Earth and air is more intellectual, but if they got some of the aspects or fire houses, they also have a very high sex-drive.

Venus in aspect to pluto, neptune, moon and jupiter is also an indication of high sex-drive.

So in this way you see there is a lot of possibilities, and I also think that the most people got a normal and healthy sex-drive.

If there is a lot of tension in the chart and there is squares, oppositions or conjunctions in aspect to planets that are also placed in the 5th, 8th or 1st house, it could easily make someone who has an unhealthy sex-drive. (abnormally high or self-destructive in someway)

Some people with afflicted moons and venus (especially if aspect to each other) makes a player, or someone who likes to please everybody and cannot say no.

I also think that scorpio and aries usually have a high sex-drive and mars-dominated people. Jupiter and sun-dominated people has traits of the fire-signs, so they probably enjoy having sex a lot.
