Does anyone have this aspect? Has your life played out through a lot of difficulties and challenges? How did you handle your square? Have you been ultimately successful in your life through your hard work? Please share your feelings/ experiences...looking at ways to master my taurus sun square Leo Saturn.

I don't have a square, I have an opposition.

Virgo sun, saturn in pisces. I also have moon in pisces though, an exact degree conjuction with my saturn in pisces ... I am curious how squares/oppositions work with saturn too.

I have this placement, but I also have Sun square Pluto and I feel the Pluto more.
My life is always blowing up and rebuilding, blowing up and rebuilding.

Since my Venus is conj my Sun, that means I ALSO have those ^ placements to my Venus.

Sigh.

lol. The way I deal with it and pretty much everything is humor. That and big fat denial works good for me. As I am aging I'm also a fan of positive thinking. I mean really, what else can one do about it?

That's a good way to handle it. I've read that this Aspect gives a fairly difficult life in the younger years with a lot of obstacles to overcome. Life then seems to bring rewards as you get older....kinda like the saying "life starts after 40??!!" Anyway I'm only 35 so I'm still in the difficulty/obstacle phase. I wonder if anyone can attest for the life eventually gets better theory??!!

I think it's not life that changes ("gets better") but our perception of it, our perception of events. Most people become wiser as they age - they accept things for what they are and try to still enjoy life, instead of always fighting, struggling and resisting.
With that being said, Saturnians are definitely the kind of people who struggle quite a lot early in life, because of limitations - both internal (inferiority complex for example) and external (tough situation financially, or difficult family members) - but eventually they too, learn how to relax and let go, and just enjoy the moment. It can take several years for them to realize that they don't need / have to struggle or fear anything. That life is actually a wonderful gift and should be enjoyed as much as possible.

When you change your perception of things, your life changes as well. Not the other way around.

I have the trine and it's rough! I have my share of obstacles and burdens. I don't feel free; fated, rather.
The easiest way to deal with difficult aspects is with as much grace as possible. This way you don't exaggerate them. The tense aspects are often about situations and an exaggerated response that can lead to trouble and frustration. Others might not approve of how you handle things and they let you know so you have that on top of the initial issue.

I have the square in cardinal signa which is worse(also got two Tsquares, saturn squares my mercury and jupiter as well)Saturn holds you back,no matter what you do he will always be there following you around and making you feel worthless and bad over every little mistake youve done. However,I found something that works.for.me so that saturn does.not bring me.insecurity and chaos. And what's that?
Well I spent hours conviencing myself that I dont care.about anything until i really stopped caring. What if I get broke?I will find a place to sleep.Am I alone and misunderstood?Yes,I am but dont.you have to.be cold to be a Queen anyway?I have a.belly?Great!That.means i am actually human.ect Saturn cant bring me.down and he.never will.

Doux Reve put it exactly right, life doesn't change, the perception of it does. Thank You for Doux, for putting a finer point on it.

Tgem, you are now towards the end of the obstacle-ish years, if I were to compare your age to my past experiences. Everything kind of came to a big crescendo at age 44 where a bunch of things happened, which weren't very good things, however I had an epiphany about life and understood that the only limitations I ever *really* had were the ones I put on myself.

Ever since then (that was almost 3 years ago) I have processed a lot of my past crap and finally am figuring out exactly who I am.
So even now when bad things come around, like break ups and right now I am having health issues, it's almost like I can back waaaay up from the actual problem and view it more objectively, and know that *it* is separate from me, the actual ME.
So, age may not change the things that come flying at you, but it definitely puts them into perspective. You begin the realize that it's more about adapting to change then it is to controlling what happens.
