Here's my interpretation of it.. Pluto rules death and transformation and your son died, but came back. Pluto also rules the will to survive. Your son probably does have a presence about him, but not in the sense that he is socially popular. People probably have a hidden respect for him and whisper about his achievements despite the difficulties he has had to go through. Also your son represents evolved Scorpio/Pluto energy in the sense that he has escaped death and wants to help others do the same via medicine.IP: Logged |

Pluto/Scorpio can also indicate negative emotions ,such as jealousy ,in others. Maybe some people are jealous of your son.IP: Logged |

Aquaguy appears to have come closest. He is socially respected and in that sense popular. Over 500 on Facebook says that he is connected. But he is respected from a distance. He has people willing to call themselves friends but not act like friends. That's because hanging with him either shows empathy and thus sympathy brownie points or hanging with him enhances their social popularity. That's how he can have 15 girls sign up with him for senior prom (they request a date from him) but no girlfriends. With where he's headed to college and his ability to get female attention, sure there's some envy. IP: Logged |

Yes, I can see he has a presence and it is very powerful!

I guess he's an example of a powerful guy without height or muscles. What he has is social influence. That plus he got into a college that accepts one in seventeen and wants to take on the toughest major. His body is fragile. His inner being is like the Rock of Gilbraltar. IP: Logged |

Pluto in the 1st house often gives a very strong body. Maybe he is not of age yet to realize his talents ya know? IP: Logged |

Okay, this isn't mine:"Pluto in the First House: Pluto in the First House indicates an individual with intense self-awareness and the potential for developing a powerful will. Understanding life in terms of its energy substratum, the individual may be interested in advanced forms of technology. The early environment is often filled with extreme hardships, as a result of which the person becomes acquainted with struggle for survival at a tender age. This leaves its mark in later years, when he tends to be a loner and holds his innermost self aloof from those around him. In physical appearance he may have a robust build and an intensely penetrating gaze. He can be difficult to know, there is much more to his being than is manifested on the surface. People with this position display considerable initiative but at times find it difficult to cooperate with others or to conform to traditional conduct. They have the capacity and need to regenerate themselves through a deep occult understanding of life and consciousness. They are aware of health, but they must learn that the body serves the mind and not the other way round. Pluto is accidentally dignified in the First House, which corresponds to the sign Aries, also ruled by Pluto. Thus a highly developed sense of personal power and will is indicated, arising out of the realization of one's innermost being as a spiritual being, as a consciousness that observes the mind and emotions. The nonconformity and individualism of this position often makes it difficult to get along in home, marriage, and profession. Pluto in Sagittarius:
Sagittarius is a sign of religion, law, philosophy, higher education and travel. Pluto entered Sagittarius around the year 2000, marking a period of spiritual regeneration at the beginning of the Aquarian age. At this time there will be a fundamental understanding of deeper spiritual values among all people. Religions as they are known at present will be completely transformed. There will be one world religion based on man's direct intuitive communion with the One Creator. New spiritual leaders will arise to teach the fundamental laws governing all life in the universe. The new world religion will combine all the highest expressions of the great religions of the past, with a more comprehensive scientific understanding of the underlying forces of life." Individualist. Leader. Strong sense of self. Might feel like an outsider because of Pluto in 1st. Ruler of 1st house in 1st house gives traits similar to Aries. Self-image and appearance will play a big role in life.IP: Logged |

He will grow into his power, he's just a kid. When I was his age I was like that too. I didn't command my power at all, now it's a different story IP: Logged |

This. I've noticed scorpio rising being interested in medicine. Also i notice I was more of my moon sign when I was younger and I become more of my ascendant as I grow older. I'm a taurus Asc so when I was younger, I dealt with manipulative people. Your son on the other hand might feel like he is dealing with a bunch of lazy, boring people and that life to him is supposed to be more stressful and transformative. You might notice that he doesn't speak his mind but is always secretive in the sense that he'd divert your attention on him to something else. He might pretend to not things even though he does. You might want to think twice about what he says as they might have double meaning. Scorpio is about ruling or be ruled. He might go to the extreme of things, might feel the need to punish himself after indulging in food (like exercising intensely). I wasn't aware of this scorpio "presence" in the past but now I am. Just read descriptions or watch videos on scorpio Asc and try to keep in mind what he does. That's how you learn what all of this presence and intensity mean IP: Logged |
