Two different styles is this true ? Or is it more of twins ?I have found two styles of presentation most common with Gemini rising people. One style is bubbly, changeable, talkative, and a little quirky. These natives are interesting and fun. They constantly explain things, whether it's their own behavior and opinion or those of the world around them. Another distinct "style" is a rather cool and intellectual demeanor. These natives are often quite witty and clever, but they present themselves in a less cheerful and changeable way than the first group. I don't know, I really don't. I've got Gemini rising, but I've never been able to assess if this is true or not. Ascendant is a tricky thing, and I feel it that people with whom we come in contact would do a much better job at describing this aspect. I think I'm more of the first person described than the second.Not sure its specifically this aspect but is anyone else able to link two(seemingly) unconnected concepts together? I'm constantly surprising people by doing this and people always ask how I manage to do it. The funny thing is when I link them together they totally do work! IP: Logged |

I love gemini's! All of my best friends are either gem suns or gem risings. My youngest is a gem sun,rising, merc and mars - she is most definitely a double personality. Well behaved and disciplined at school and completely crazy (in a good way) at home. Always a chatter box. IP: Logged |

It probably has to do with their MC. If they have aqua MC, the will always want to show you that they know a lot and a wide range of topic. If they have Pisces MC, they are less quirky and can fake interests in you.IP: Logged |

I'm a gem rising and my left eye floats subtly to the left while I stare straight, and I look like two different from different angles.I also talk and ramble about everything for hours and I'm told to shut up often in a most civil way which always offends me more than if I was told bluntly. I have Mercury and my sun conjunct ascendant in gemini, and I'm definitely duel natured. I tend towards the bubbly type, but will act more like the other type depending on my audience. IP: Logged |

I guess if his mercury is in leo yes it can. because in general leo sextile gemini. child-like, not necessarily childish.
my husband is Capricorn stellium incl his Mercury is in Capricorn and I think this Gemini rising makes him more of a bubbly talkative person as you describe. without this rising he may be more of a serious person. you can imagine how leo sun and this rising combined.

I guess if his mercury is in leo yes it can. because in general leo sextile gemini. child-like, not necessarily childish.

Good point! Another thing to consider is, depending on the degree of the ascendant and sun, Leo will fall in the third house (naturally ruled by gemini) and may give more gemini qualities to the person if the sun is in the 3rd.

Scarily enough, I think this is true. Both me and my woman are Gemini risings. She seems to fit the first style and I'm more of the second. We're both comfortable with each other though. IP: Logged |
