What would you make of a synastry where both people's Venus squares the other Venus (Taurus & Leo) and both people's Mars squares the other Mars (Pisces & Sagittarius).IP: Logged |

It's attractive.. Extra attractive... In my experience it's actually more attractive to have both Venus/Venus and Mars/Mars in hard aspect (specially if it's close) than to have Venus/Mars aspects. However, if you have no trines, sextiles or conjunctions at a Sun/Moon/AC/Mercury level -- and some trines to Saturn to stabilise things.. everything can go very pear shaped between you. These aspects need a lot more substance - otherwise you can just end up in a cycle of sex and bickering and more sex and more bickering - with no deeper understanding. IP: Logged |

In this case the Asc-Sun-Moon aspects are weak to nonexistent...but the Venus and Mars squares are 1 to 2 degrees. There's also some synastric 8th house Sun & Uranus as well as Scorpio Moon. So it sounds mostly like a spectacular and unforgettable affair. IP: Logged |
