Topic: Energetic people (aspects and signs) and how to handle them?

I just noticed this about my boyfriend, that he get's extremely energetic when he has been out and doing some sport, or has been together with his friends.
He is a libra sun trine his gemini mars, and jupiter in leo sextile his sun and sextile his mars. And mars is square his moon in pisces.
I think this helps making him very energetic? On the other side, I'm also very energetic myself and loves to be with energetic people in general.
(I'm a virgo sun conjunction virgo mars, and mars opposition moon in pisces and square uranus) I don't have any fire in my chart, but the sun-mars conjunction makes it easily for me to be active despite the lack of fire…
I feel it's easy for me to "go with the flow" of energetic people, and encourage energetic activities, but it's almost never myself who make the suggestions.
I'm just "following". I also got a lot of energetic friends, one is a triple leo(sun, mercury and mars), another is a cappy with sag mercury and aqua venus and a third best friend is a scorpio girl with a stellium in 1st house…all of them are very energetic! How do you tackle energetic people (and I mean REALly energetic people but not people with ADHD) ?
Do you just go with the flow, or are you one of them?
And if you are one, then post the aspect you think make you energetic? 
And how are your friends around you?

Hmm I tend to go with the flow (12th house stellium) and yah I like to encourage those activities. When my interest is sparked (or when I've just eaten a lot of sweet food) I can be pretty energetic (aries moon trine leo jupiter, sag merc - bouncing off the wall. IP: Logged |

Yeah those are fire signs. but Fire signs are usually interesting.
I'm guessing you don't have much air?Air really does not mind following.
I don't really mind doing what the other person wants to do as long as they are interesting LOL.
I'll be pretty disappointed if I had a boring time but maybe next time I'll suggest a more interesting activity or just not really hang out with them anymore  IP: Logged |

Sun/Mars aspects usually.
Fire Moons... or Fire placements in general.
Mars in the 1st.
I don't have any of those and you know what? Yep, you guessed it, I'm nothing like that, rofl. More of a follower here. Or.. a non-follower, bahaha. Okai I'm exaggerating. Sort of.

It would be really the best ingrediënt for my exhaustion. Leo-Sun and Scorp-Moon here.
I hate to be a follower as I prefer to BE followed... (aqua-mars). Go with the flow is simply not my nature.. **And if you are one, then post the aspect you think make you energetic?** Mars/NN square Moon.
Mercury right on the ascendant (virgo).
Asc/Merc quindecile Mars.
Venus tightly contra-parallel Mars (in declinations AND latitudes) **And how are your friends around you?** They like to go with my flow.. (haha) It underlines also why I never ever (for long at least) attract the masculine Sun signs (fire & air) in RL. IP: Logged |

My bestie has a 12th house stellium and omg he gets really energetic after sweets. It is awesome. Also has Sag. Mars unaspected that probably doesn't help lol. IP: Logged |

I don't have sun but I go have libra AC, conjunct Pluto and Venus opposed aries Jupiter and sextile saggy Neptune
Saggy Neptune is in a stellium with Sun/Mercury
Leo Saturn makes an exact trine to mercury and 1 degree trine to saggy Sun.
I also have a virgo Moon, unaspected though!
