Venus(in virgo) and Mars(in leo) in 10th house
Mars conjunct midheaven
Sun sextile Mars

What do you guys think? I feel like saturn aspects/capricorn placements are better when it comes to success since they're so goal/work oriented.

Depends on what kind of success you are talking about?
Do you mean being famous?
The 10th house is the house concerning the public, but it doesn't guarantee success, and it's mostly when it's placed in sun or moon houses…
Venus in 10th house just means that you would to have successful friends, or friends who is somehow "important and popular"…with other words: A Snob.

Mars placed in the 10th house is actually kind of bad for being in the spotlight I could imagine…
Leo midheaven suggest a creative career
Sun sextile mars just means you come of as energetic and spreading joy this way

Since the sun is the ruler of your MC, look to which house your sun is in and the aspects it makes. Also look to see how many aspects to your MC you have.
