Thoughts? I'm currently experiencing this- so far I've been slammed into by a drunk driver (car is totaled) and add to that feeling despondent. Feeling emotionless towards my boyfriend, no motivation to do anything- hoping this passes as soon as saturn moves far away from my neptune.

Very curious to hear how this transit has affected others.

I had neptune square saturn. That one was excruciating. I hope things get better for you very soon. :Hugs::

Thanks, Astra! Would you mind giving me a few examples of what you went through?

I went through this transit when I was about 22 or 23. Every little thing I tried to accomplish resulted in failure no matter how hard I worked. It was as if I were treading water and going nowhere. I was terrified during this time because I felt so directionless, which is not good seeing as how I'm a Cap rising. Pluto was also transiting through my 12th house, which made things worse.

I was betrayed by a close friend (neptune is all about illusion and saturn will dissolve these illusions, which can be painful). My health deteriorated rapidly because I was worrying all of the time about the future. I had never felt so vulnerable and uncertain in my life. This is the time when you have to figure out what to keep and what to eliminate in your life. I made life-altering decisions during this time and changed my career choice. I was pursuing a degree in chemical engineering, which I completed since I was nearly done anyway and went into nursing.

You may realize that you are headed down the wrong path. Do not be afraid to make the changes necessary to get yourself back on the right path. In order to figure out what decision to make, you need to take deep breath and ask yourself honestly: are you happy with your career, spouse, major, job, etc? If you aren't, you need to make changes in these areas. Find out what makes you most happy and go for it!

Once I made the decision to switch my career choice, my life became so much easier. Everything just seemed to fall into place. I still I had to work, but working hard actually lead to desirable results whereas before, working hard didn't lead anywhere.

Don't make rash decisions during this time. Instead, just think about what you really want from life and start making plans. Only implement these plans when your gut feeling tells you to go for it.

I wish you the best of luck. This is a really scary time, but you'll get through it!

Thank you so much - this was very helpful! Things are very confusing and all of the retrogrades aren't helping. Definitely feel that it's time to start making changes or at least lay the ground work. I'm a sag rising so I'm generally pretty optimistic but lately I just feel -blech. On the positive side - this too shall pass.
