My friend is going on a blind date with someone. He has his lilith exactly on her ASC. It also trines her moon. ( both aspects are exact.)

I don't think so... Strong Lilith aspects in a Synastry often create a powerful attraction and strong sexual energy felt either by both or one of the people!
