You just said yourself about being mature and respectful when you try critiquing my purposeful grammar mistake and yet no one comments on others directly throwing insults at me.
Alright, thats fair- I was totally kidding about the grammar . It was insinuated from posters above me that you were coming for someone- so I apologize if it seemed like I was targeting you. My comment was a general one since many people were throwing veiled insults. It was a comment directed at everyone- several posters were going in for no reason. You got it Pumpkin. Virgo is my chart ruler opposite Pisces moon. Mercury is in 3rd house Scorpio. Sun/Uranus in Libra conjunction. Irascible, conflicted? No, not moi. Barbiegirl9, you soothe and thaw your DeepFreeze, just like my Leo man does for me. This is weirdly cool. ------------------ Claire "When going gets weird, the weird turn pro." -HST IP: Logged |

Like I've mentioned before, different signs need attention for different reasons. In my personal experience:Capricorns are sensitive, even though they try to appear like they are cold, etc. Every one I've met expects you to be there for them at all times. If you cancel a date with them, or in a moment of argument, take other persons side, they will sulk for daaays. So they want this attention from you. Libras need to be popular. If they don't get attention and communication from you, they will make new friends. They just disappear. Leos need to be heard and be part of the group. They don't necessarily need to be the "center of attention", like the stereotype suggests. They just want to be "involved" in conversation, discussion. They need to feel, that their opinion/presence is important. Geminins need to have a communication. If they don't have an equal partner (friend, colleague, romantic partner), first they will talk you to death, then they will tell you straight in your face, that you are boring haha Trust me, I've witnessed this maaany times. Not aimed at me, but people in our group. I'm very talkative, so I give Gems all attention they seek. Cancers need emotional attention, yet they get defensive if you criticize or disagree with them. If that happens, they will get moody, sulk, and remain this way until you apologise 157 times These are my personal observations! IP: Logged |

I was going to say the same thing! Don't know which ones would be obnoxious for me, though. I guess it depends on how much someone would do it, and, this is hard to admit 'cause I know how it makes me look, how much them getting attention goes at the expense of me. Mostly about something I worked hard for or when I have this problem I want support about. Then I can get really annoyed. It's like... well, I don't achieve that much, so the little things I do, I'm extremely proud of. And it's hard enough for me to ask for support, I tend to try to deal on my own not to burden others, so I really don't like people changing the subject to themselves again when I've finally found the courage to talk and be vulnerable. I have noticed the same thing about air signs, though. They move on so fast, especially after a fight. So they do that because you won't give them attention anymore? IP: Logged |

quote: Originally posted by DeepFreeze: Directing it inward is an understatement for me. But few ever see it. ____________I sometimes don't understand the sensitivity in here. I wouldn't expect everyone to like my sun sign, or my Virgo placements. Some hate Gemini moons. It's all good. For me, all three blend together in some strange cocktail. The Virgo, well it's okay I guess. I don't mind my Mercury or Mars there but I'd prefer venus be somewhere else. It's kind of hell really... Thinking and attempting to perfect so many parts of yourself. In 12th.... The escapism is terrible.
Oh, I know, right? Too much self-criticism. Something I didn't handle well enough and I can't even sleep that night. It's tough showing that side to people, especially when you don't do it that often. I have picked up on a few things about you here, though. (I'll edit this out if you like.) 12th house energy can tell other 12th house energy? Ahh, that. Well, I don't think they're being too sensitive as it is annoying to see hate on your placements come back thread after thread. It's true that we should all realize these comments are personal - and probably stemming from a bad experience with someone with that placement (I have one, too). So yeah, taking a deep breath before replying helps. It's good you can do it, though. Venus is in a bad place in Virgo for a reason. Don't get me wrong, there's stuff I like about it here, but yeah. The constant helping, giving and getting little in return is frustrating. Disheartening for me, too, at times. Perfectionism... 12th house making that longing/ideal for perfection. Everyone always talks about how Venus/Pluto is tough. Try this combo! But we do have a little edge, though, I mean, Venus is exalted in the 12th. Gives you a really sweet understanding and compassion - and that is a strength. Escapism. Yeah. Don't get me started.

@meissieri I was right next to him when he wrote what he wrote and he was far from upset or bothered by it. We actually laughed together at it lol. He's very calm and is never one to raise his voice. He's compassionate and really thinks deeply before he says things. Me being the watery Libra that I am with 4 12th house placements would have to say that I'm the one person who understands him the most. We both get each other on so many different levels that neither of us even knew existed. I love the 12th house! It's unlike any of the others and really for me anyhow makes me stand out from the typical Libra. I'm like bubbly water nonstop lol. IP: Logged |

Ahh, Barbie, I didn't mean that comment. Just some older ones here and there. But, you know, that's cool. Sure, I mean, this house has such a gentle feel to it. Like the smooth surface of the water while floating along on a boat. It gives us so much strength of our inner world. Bubbly water sounds good ^^ IP: Logged | |
