I'm curious about this too. I knew someone with it conjunct the IC, they didnt move around a lot and at least from the little bit I know of them their family life didn't seem tooo eccentric, though they themselves are an eccentric. What I have noticed though is that it gave them a very disorganized home environment lol. Like the type of mad scientist person who has this crazy mess of piles of papers and tools everywhere but they kind of know where everything is or they like it like that.

I did a reading for someone and interpreted as erratic home life and given hers was in capricorn, that she felt like she didn't really have a childhood and has worked her whole life. She agreed with the interpretation but I don't have specific deets
