It's a pretty straightforward question...

I think Sun/Venus,Sun/Jupiter aspects are some of the nicest to have. The person basically just cherishes you for who you are. They can find no fault, and Jupiter likes to indulge. There are a lot of laughs.
I find Mars/Saturn to be quite unpleasant. They seem to always pick at you,can be controlling and really critical.
Mars with Mercury is often really argumentative.
With Saturn on your Mercury they can somehow put a damper on the way you express yourself.
I don't if it has anything to do with karma,it just makes for a nice relationship.
Connections to the nodes are supposedly karmic. If someone has a major planet, especially the sun,on your nodes--they will be key figures in your life path.Parents/children usually have strong nodal connections.

I have someone with his Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Moon conj my Sun, Venus and Mercury and he can find no right with me....and he also projects everything and it makes it worse that I am quite secure in myself. His Cancer Moon emotions are afraid of my aloof Cancer Sun emotions..

I have the best relationships; friendly or romantic, with Moon/Pluto people. Whether those are Karmic or not I donīt know.

Sidenote:
Moon - Pluto has to do with energy. In an individual chart moon Pluto conjunction person has the ability to transmute energy innately.
In synastry it would bring a great energy connection.

For "good" karma, easy aspects to north node. For "bad" karma south node connections (challenging aspects to north node)

Asteroid karma contacts show the nature of karmic debt. Challenging aspects from your Karma show how you are to repay debt; challenging aspects from other person's Karma show how you are to collect.

Also Saturn is "karmic" and in aspect to beneficial planets can be good and lasting relationships. Saturn to Malevolent planets not so good.

In an individual chart Saturn with good aspects to a planet bring a sense of integrity to that planet's expression. With harsh aspects (or afflictions), a lack of integrity.
In a synastry chart I think the Satrun person would help or hinder the integrity of a relationship, depending on the aspects.

You really nailed it with your comment about saturn aspects... From experience, you're very right.

Saturn is RULES and authority. Hard aspects to Saturn could indicate issues with authority, whether them towards you or you towards them, but not integrity.

Sense of right and wrong and integrity is Jupiter, not saturn. In particular I would look to see what aspects are going on between the Sun and Jupiter (sun is the self) or Mercury and Jupiter (Mercury being the thought processes); if Jupiter is in hard aspect to Sun or Mercury, that would probably be the sort of person with no real integrity or morality who thinks the end justifies the means, and the other side of Jupiter would be that they would probably believe they could get away with whatever they did, scot-free.

I do agree though that good or bad karma with someone would probably be shown by Saturn aspects in synastry. Hard saturn aspects? Bad karma. Good aspects? Good, obviously.

Ok well what if you have both in synastry?

For instance there are 15 Saturn aspects:
11 Good (I'm including conjunct, quintile, sextile, trine as good)
4 bad (squares and oppositions)
