Well, maybe not to the minute, anyway...Are both houses equally important or is the planet or whatever in the next house yet? Is there any site that gives the exact location of the cusps?

I'll do it for you, Cappy.

The Cusp is the most sensitive part of the House.

Whether it is in one House or the other, it is Conjunct the Cusp.

Thanks but I don't need it for my natal chart. So, if something is like 1 minute before the cusp, do we take both houses into consideration or not?

I have my Node in the Fourth, and others Conjunct in the Fifth, and they play out together, with the things of both Houses.

My mercury is on the Scorpio cusp and when I got my birth info wrong (scrambled a number or something) so that it was a few minutes off my Mercury was instead in 4H Scorpio than the Libra cusp. Therefore it's right on the border. But Mercury in the 4H doesn't fit me as well as 3H where it technically is.

I should say I include planets as being on the cusp (and I do think cusps matter for them as well), not just the sun.

This is probably gonna sound stupid but...what about the "width" of cusps? In a chart they're quite thick (especially the angles) lines that look like they take up a few minutes or so but in reality they're particular points, aren't they?

You always have to take birth time information into account, but if it is actually IN that House right at the mouth, it is the most sensitive part of the House.

If it is in the House before, it is kind of petering out.

Right at the start, it means business.

It all depends on where you live.

It varies.
