You'll always have to deal with Saturn, theunknown... Better make peace with it, and accept it fully. Don't resist. That's the solution to your problem.

Everyone has Saturn and Pluto in their charts and everyone experiences their transits - in houses, and in aspect to natal placements.

It's part of life.
Try not to think about it in negative terms, but rather as a chance to experience different things in life and grow and become a better person as a result.

Oh and, I don't think Saturn always denies whatever things are ruled by the house it's in. It may deny them for some time but eventually, you'll receive what you need. ~

Thank you Doux. How Saturnian your comment is.

I just had a really bad week and everything around me was about saturn in 7th... I'm feeling better now.

Saturn is transiting my 6th, and I got my first cavity. I've been having a harder time getting to work on time, oversleeping and having work call me.

It was opposing my Mercury, and now its squaring my Mars.

PS: my apologies! my taurus rising is normally very pleasant but I am feeling the bull coming today. I feel like I had to deal with Saturn for my whole life.

Saturn transit is quite fast about 2-2.5 yrs each sign, so if you feel like dealing with Saturn your whole life, look at your natal chart instead and read about it. A good start is:
* natal Pluto in the 7th house and the aspects Pluto make, natal and transit.
* natal Venus, because as Taurus rising, Venus is your chart ruler. where is your Venus, look at the aspects Venus make, natal and transit.
If you don't see anything significant, then look at your natal Saturn and Capricorn house. if nothing there too, then the rest of the chart

I don't take saturn seriously, I laugh at it.

Honestly, everybody gets enough aspects in their chart that can help them stay afloat through bad times anyway, so the cliched saying that you don't get more than you're equipped to handle is absolutely true.

I think people get shaken up over and intimidated by Saturn for nothing. If you make up your mind that whatever happens you'll get through it and stop acting like Saturn is some big bad entity that you're at the mercy of (which isn't true anyway).....

Well IMopped, I already replied to Doux that I just had a really bad week (and generally really bad 3 months). I am fully aware that astrology isn't something I am at the mercy of. I just really wanted to vent. There, I said it.

I didn't say astrology, I said SATURN.

I noticed that on ALL boards, people give Saturn way more power than it has, and talk about it with this weird mix of fear, dread and reverence like 'it's trying to teach you something, you have to submit to it'

Saturn aint sh*t, let's just get that clear right now. Saturn is the little hiccups and bumps and setbacks we all experience in life. It doesn't have the power to destroy you or make or break you.

I just finished a Saturn return not that long ago. I have four planets in the eighth. Saturn went by my natal saturn first in that house before passing my Jupiter, my Pluto, and then my Moon. A lot of bad stuff happened, yes. But we all get bad. You'll live. Saturn is not the big scary god of time and fate whose mercy we're on the end of and we just have to hope it won't destroy us. It'll only destroy you if you let it knock you down and don't get back up. YOU call the shots, not Saturn.

Then again my lack of awe and intimidation about Saturn could be entirely due to having Mars square it, and Uranus and Neptune (both pretty much the anthesis of Saturn), highly active in my chart. I literally do laugh in the face of Saturn while everyone else is licking the tops of its feet or wetting their pants.

yes, i understand. But I just had one of those days that I wanted to yell: "STOOPPPP"
that's about it. It has nothing to do with how much I know or how I am gonna call the shot. I will call the shot, not Saturn. You don't get the point do you?

@Kerosene: Yes, maybe the relationship is mutual. I have too much saturn in my natal chart any way...
