What do you know of this aspect? Personal experiences? Specifically talking about synastry.

Im personally curious because my mars is in cancer, so from what im reading ( if im right) , my mars opposes everyone's Uranus born between "1988 to 1995."

To me this aspect screams instability, and i am very much INTO stability....

How does that work?
It's not really a major relationship planet. I feel like it would more difficult with mercury-moon-venus.

You have to remember that mars opp uranus is apart of you.
Unless you desire to be something you aren't.

I never even considered to read into it as also being a part of me, good point.

I see Uranus opp Mars as on/off relationships, that's what i meant by " liking stability." Its fun and all to have a passionate/unpredictable relationship, but after a certain point stability/routine is nice.

Oh yes, on-off, but never letting go anywhere far. Keeping close, yet not so close that i would like to.

I don't think the gap would be so big, though. I like to keep orbs pretty tight. They work best, when exact (i have noticed this with Uranus aspects in transits and in synastry as well!)

And i know what i'm talking about, i have this a lot - the guy whose Uranus is exactly opposite my Mars, also has this same Uranus sextile my Venus and Mercury exact, trine my Moon exact and square my ASC exact. Plus my Uranus squares his Sun exact. Talk about instability. :@

I have mars in cancer too, opposite Uranus and Neptune. I never really know what men think of me, it's like they are not sure wether to peruse me, or it's either me not knowing if to persue them. Off/on energy for me, I need space, I need people to understand I need space, I persue things in my own time.
