I have a Sun in Libra
I have a Moon in Libra
I have an Ascendant in Capricorn

I feel that my personality might be a little contradicting at times. Libra is nice, friendly, outgoing etc. while Capricorn is sometimes mean (blunt), not too friendly and not outgoing.

People say that Capricorn Ascendants are quite ambitious and hardworking. However, I have to honestly say I'm not hardworking. I guess it's due to my Libra planets. I actually procrastinate much. The only time I like to work is when it's something I enjoy. If my work is boring, It'll take me awhile before I actually get the job done.

But anyways, out of the Sun/Moon/ASC, which one wins? Whose stronger?

None of them "wins", haha.

They're just different parts of your personality, and yes, they can be contradicting but they're still part of you.

Try to cultivate the positive sides of each sign and blend them nicely together. It may be difficult to do but with time and self-awareness you'll come to a more balanced expression of your traits.
