any indications of what kind of career would fit my needs better because i seem to lose intrest very quickly

With a Gemini MC you should be interested in jobs that involve communications (writing, teaching, sales, public relations, advertising). Also many people with a Gemini MC have multiple jobs because Gemini can do many things at one time they are very flexible.

Also you have your Moon and Venus in Gemini, you have some dominant Gemini in your chart.

Your Cancerian traits are still there however....

You probably resigned because you just want a feel for something different and that's how Gemini MC's feel at times, they want to experience every career basically. It's harder to tie a Gemini MC down when it comes to careers.

thanks would you consider gemini to be more effective than cancer in my chart?? would anything in relation to the service of others help??

Considering we only live for around... say 27,400 days or so. Every day you wake up and do a job you don't enjoy. Is another day "wasted". The only reason people do jobs, is so we can pay other people.

Take it back to cave man days, the tribe leader got everything, the tribe members got all the benefits of the tribe.

Fast forward to feudalism, were we had Serfs and Lords, where now Lords get everything, Serfs get less than the tribesmen did back in Cave days.

Fast forward to to today, where people now spend every penny they earn to fill the pockets of those that don't need the money and have even less than all the generations before them.

Oh but it's not like we will notice, I mean we have TV, Cinema, Games, and a huge range of other functional devices to distract us from the problems in the world. I mean, what do people really care if they can just afford rent and bills, and have a TV they can sit and watch their shows on, before and after working? Why should they care that there are people earning $350 million dollars a year and paying less tax than those who earn $15,000 dollars a year?

I digress...

Congratulations for realising you don't want to waste your time doing something you don't want to do. I wish you all the best in finding something more rewarding in your life to do.

I think Sun square pluto is causing an upheaval with your identity. Maybe you did not identify with your job. Jupiter trine MC could mean that something better is going to take its place so you had to get out of the job you didn't like in order for the better one to come along.

I think you would do well working as a music therapist or a physical therapist. If you want stronger job security, I would pursue a career in physical therapy. Your knowledge of physics that you acquired from your engineering degree will serve you well and it's a hands-on job. The money is quite good as well.
