What aspects show that you can't let go of things, situations (natal chart) and people(synastry chart)?Personally, i suspect it is my placements in Cancer (Mercury and Mars) and my water dominance in my chart. Maybe my Moon square Saturn has something to do with it. In synastry, i have a moon trine pluto 0 degrees with someone (i am pluto) and a neptune square sun (3 degrees) and a neptune opposite moon (i am neptune) and i find it hard to let my feelings go for him.
Are these the aspects that cause the letting go hard? Post your thoughts and experience below. IP: Logged |

Yes, I think the aspects you mentioned would give that tendency. Detachment can be especially hard for Pisces moons, because we can get so lost in other people, not really seeing where we end and others begin. Still, I believe that letting go is a skill that most people can learn. There are books, articles, videos about the subject, like this one about overcoming obsession through hypnosis (starting at 33:00). I don't think anything in the natal chart dooms a person to a life of obsessing over the past. Best wishes~  IP: Logged |

Ahh,you give me hope that he cares!  My "ex" and I have the same aspects in synastry,he's the Pluto and Neptune in both.He's also a natal Moon square Saturn.I have the opposition,Saturn's my chart ruler also.I think Moon/Saturn aspects in the natal find it hard to let go cause it's difficult to give yourself in the first place(fear of rejection and putting yourself out there).So when the feeling of rejection creeps up,it's a hard pill to swallow.But Saturn always realizes when it's a lost cause.Doesn't make it easier,but Saturn knows when there's no future.IP: Logged | |
