At my work there was this one divorcee who no one tolerated. She was fired over and over again and everyone hated her because she was a sassy tel it how it is type.

This is how we became good friends and how I tamed this Lilith.

First, I asked myself where I was being selfish. I noticed that no one ever asked her how she felt.

So whenever miss Lilith would come dashing in id say, "how are you feeling about" insert what she was complaining about yesterday.

By planting a proxy in such a way we can neutralize the negative of Lilith and unlock the greatness within.

Our relationship now embodies positive Lilith...and I'm the first person she ever worked we that has cared for how she feels.

When she complains about her bum leg, I listen and ask questions about her diagnosis and how it's affecting her and I always offer her help lifting things.
