It's not that painful, it's a crossover between ticklish and somewhat uncomfortable. Typically, it's better to get larger tattoos. The designs can be sharper, with greater detail, and will be cheaper for area in comparison to a smaller tattoo. If you want one, go for it. ------------------

I have some astrology tattoos including the planetary glyphs on one hand, they are small and plain and one of my fav tattoos. Knuckles definitely least painful spot to get tattooed. I got mine done at the end of a sesh for a different tattoo so in the end it was like I didn't pay anything for them IP: Logged |

It would be cool to get an actual chart tattooed in theory but not in real life. I like the idea but don't want to get it tattooed on myself.

Finally got these pictures uploaded and remembered this thread. I'm not normally much of an exhibitionist but thought I would post these for a while.. Will probably take down so please don't quote!
Wish I could get this photo rotated, oh well.  Astrology related because I am Chinese year of the snake, also because I am Scorpio and this can be another symbol for Scorpio instead of the Phoenix, representing the transformation cycle/cyclic nature of Scorpio/ a million other things. I love this tattoo it is one of my favourites of mine.  Astrology/palmistry tattoo! Symbols on the fingers they represent in palmistry. Symbols facing me because I get my tattoos for me and I'm the one who sees it the most!! want to get that Saturn touched up with the cross part longer. Plan to get more astrology tattoos eventually, unfortunately I have to live where the tattoos are ridiculously expensive, more so than other places, so many artists and so much competition between them they all charge between $130-150 and hour  IP: Logged |
