Nope.I think it may be possible but I can't do it, personally (not yet, at least). Sorry, I know that sucks, haha.
ETA:
Oh but, I forgot to say, if you compare the composite chart to the natal charts, you can usually get some clues as to who's more affected. I'm not sure it's super accurate though. But say, the composite ASC conjuncts (or opposes) a planet of yours, then you're probably gonna be quite affected. If the composite placements touch nothing or close to nothing in someone's natal chart, chances are, they're not too attached to the relationship. And then there are also progressed charts! I'm really not sure who gets affected (more) when it comes to progressed to natal chart synastry...  IP: Logged |

Interesting I will check that. I always thought whoever has their moon aspected more by the other would care more about the other person..but not too sure... IP: Logged |

No, in my experience the Moon aspects aren't a good indicator for that kinda thing...Hopefully someone else will chime in and share their opinion on this.

In my personal experience, its been the person who had their water houses most emphasized by the other, who was the most deeply effected and emotionally attached. In the synastries where the caring/attachment was mutual, both people's water houses were pretty equally touched by one another. Water houses can be activated by a number of ways:
– A's planets/points falling in B's water houses
– A's planets/points touching B's water house rulers
– A's planets/points touching B's planets contained in a water house
– A's planets/points falling in B's Secondary water houses (the houses represented by the signs of your original water houses)
– A's planets/points touching B's Secondary water house rulers
– A's planets/points touching B's planets contained in a Secondary water house IP: Logged |

Yes, I very much agree with that 
That's another way you can find out too.  Composite–Natal synastry can be very relieving as to who is more attached to the relationship.

I use them, but only to the individual's personal planets/points/midpoints.

No. Usually people have their own manner of "caring"... and their natal can tell you what their style is.. and also the way in which they show affection. But in my experience, neither the natal nor the synastry, nor the composite or transits - or anything else can tell you whether or not someone cares about you.
All of these charts explain the 'vibe' between your planets - but that vibe can play out in different ways. IP: Logged |

If someone is there for you - and in contact with you.. and they tell you they care - and most of all show you through their actions - then they *do* care.Once you know they care ^^... you can't compare and say "I care more" .. or "they care more"... because people are different. If they are not there for you, not in contact with you - not interested in your life.. etc.. then they don't care. Sometimes - you get the odd individual with mental issues (that are usually beyond your comprehension and their own).. who cares but is not at a point where he or she can have a healthy relationship with anyone.
With this kind of person - it's irrelevant whether or not they care for you. You just have to move right along - because you won't 'heal' them, and it's not your job to do so. IP: Logged |

Doux's method.The other would the Draconic synastry chart. I've learnt it tells the dynamics more than the tropical synastry chart. IP: Logged |

Can you elaborate please, summerlite?Is it Draco/Draco or Draco/Natal, and what exactly should one look for? I've never really understood the whole Draco thing... I do know the basics but it's never seemed too revealing, to me.
