Can the Sun in the 5th house conjunct Neptune, Uranus, Saturn and sextile Pluto be called strong?

I find people with stelliums are strong but they have personality quirks. We can be headstrong but still more than capable of fulfilling our dreams. Stellium people clash with others at times.
When the sun is involved, it's more obvious they are determined and stubborn in whatever they are doing for better or worse.
So I would say the conjunctions can indicate fortitude no matter the house.

I totally agree..i have a stellium Sun/Venus/Mars/ opposition Pluto..and yes we clash with other people and are strong in presence..def determined
