I am an Aries Sun, Scorpio Moon;
The opposing party is a
Scorpio Sun, Aries Moon.

This individual and I have crossed paths many times in the past few years, have harbored mutual (recently unspoken) feelings for one another, and have finally begun to act on them (however, this began a week or two ago).

Despite mutual fascination, he has attempted to maintain emotional distance between us, claiming disinterest in relationships and focused on upholding responsibility in his workplace. He admits to purposefully putting up walls out of fear (in an inebriated state, of course).

Yet there is a most intriguing nurturing/love/consuming energy felt between us when we are close to one another. His fear of getting too close is driving me mad, as all I want to do is jump right in and experience.

We are currently (in Composite chart) experiencing

Transit Venus conjunct Composite Vertex (0),
coinciding with
Transit Pluto conjunct Composite Vertex (1).

As well,
transit Venus is currently conjuncting
composite Mercury, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune,
in tandem with transit Pluto following in suite.

Could these transits be impacting the situation, and if so, what impact could they continue to have?

-------
I put it in the title, but forgot to mention, we have a Saturn conjunct Neptune in the composite chart;

I've read how this conjunction is potentially linked to karmic ties?

Any comments on this will also be appreciated.
