Hi,What sign would have to be on the ascendant for a Scorpio and an Aquarius to be best friends. Or even marry. Scorpio Sun with/Taurus Moon, & Aquarius Sun with Leo Moon ------------------

with this generation of pluto in scorpio, lots of aqua have sun square pluto and that makes them so much more similar to scorpios. Generally, aquas and scorps make great friends.Taurus rising attracts lots of scorps. IP: Logged |

We have an interesting configuration:We have Asc/Sun DW. So I am Scorpio, Leo rising, whilst he is Leo with Scorpio rising. His Asc and my Sun are at the same degree. And we both have Aqua Moons, conjunct!! This should last shouldn't it? We are good friends too. IP: Logged |

It might be best if their Suns didn’t square each other, but not a deal breaker if they do. Instead of Asc, I’d look at their Moons…water moon for the Aqua and air moon for the Scorp would give pretty good affinity.IP: Logged |

Friendship? Why not, it usually works fine, until you get into an argument... both are super stubborn and it can be a never-ending battle of opinions, although they usually respect each other and don't become too nasty.Marriage...? How do you even go from friendship to marriage? lol. Those are two completely different things.
Romantically speaking, an Aquarius is typically too detached for a Scorpio. I know there are some wonderful Scorp/Aqua couples out there but IMO it's far from the "best" match (generally speaking, yada yada). There's a lack of connection that's hard to get over most often than not. Add Fixed Moons and... welcome to hell, haha. I mean, signs-wise you have a Grand Cross, which means that it can be both attractive / stabilizing (when it's good) and extremely volatile / nerve-wracking (when there's a slight misunderstanding or disagreement...) I'm not sure about Scorp Sun / Aries Moon... They can be super passionate which can clash with the Aqua even more than a Taurus Moon / Scorpio Sun combo. So like... in conclusion... It can be okay for friendship (although probably too volatile even for that) and in a romantic relationship it'll probably be very passionate but very frustrating at the same time. **Based on the Sun/Moon info alone. I'm a Scorpio and I'm "trying" to be friends with this Aquarius with a Scorpio ASC/Rising.My Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Pluto is in his 1st House. These placements are bound to make us click, right? Wrong! He avoids me all the time because he says he feels inferior in my presence. He says I make him feel stupid and unworthy. I like him a lot though, but he's just... weird.
