Kevin Spacey has Venus and Mars in Virgo..

He looks like several Virgo-influenced people I know.

If he doesn't have Virgo anywhere else in his chart - then I'm going for Virgo AC.
I said Pisces initially but the opposite signs can look similar

He looks a lot like Alan Cumming, especially in the second pic. He's an Aquarius sun and ascendent according to Astrotheme. I think Alan and your friend are cute, but I'm kinda creeped out that he reminds me of my Aquarius dad when he was younger. So I'm thinking Aquarius.

ETA: I just realized Alan Cumming and my dad have the same birthday. Now I'm really creeped out! I'm a Scorpio sun with Aquarius rising and my bone structure is very similar to my dad's.

He has mars in Aquarius. He's got Jupiter in Pisces. Saturn/Uranus in Sag and Pluto in Scorp.

Even just from knowing him he's so serious... I would say he's probably earth rising
He's very private. Although he does have a silly/quirky side but that could be the loony side of the moon in cancer...

Hmmm I'm stumped!! I was hoping we would have a more general consensus LOL
